The analysis
For a good ruler, the Sun must signify house no. 5,10 as strongly as possible. In case of a king or an army dictator, it is better if the Mars signifies the same.
In Akbar's chart we can see that sun's significations are 2,4,5,6,10 which show that the person is courageous in decision making and otherwise as well, but he can run the state affairs effectively as well. The nakshatra lord of Sun is Mars, which also signifies house no. 2,4,5,6,10,11 giving full thrust to his chances of becoming a king.
Moreover, Mars' sublord is Sun which superimposes the chances of him becoming a successful king to the point of confirmation. Sun is cuspal lord of house no 3,7 and 11 which shows that he had great tendency of being diplomat towards all his opposers and all sections of society and to run the state affairs wisely.
